Indian Board of School Education, Bankra was established in as per S.R. Acts 21 of 1860 Government of West Bengal and working under it's own constitution & Bye law to assure & promote the quality in the Academic Courses. The Indian Board of School Education Prescribes syllabus , courses of instructions and text books for school education in all over india besides conducting examinations based on courses listed. At present, the Board conducts examinations for the following courses: Secondary , Senior Secondary(Arts , Commerce , Science). As many As thousands candidates annually appear in the examination conducted by the Board.
